- Scope of Work General Services Administration Many Hands FY2007 October 24-26, 2006 Provide Event Planning and Coordination Services for the annual Public Buildings Service Many Hands FY2007 Conference to be held at the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center. Requirements for this event include: Lodging and conference room coordination, web capable registration service, food and break packages, audio visual services, agenda packages and printing for 275 people. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please email Sue Saucier at sue.saucier@gsa.gov or call 253-931-7127 for a complete detailed checklist with more extensive requirements and information. Please provide the following: 1. Three references from a minimum of three similar event planning projects performed within the last three years. 2. Resume for event coordinator that will be providing service. 3. Hourly rate for services 4. Estimation of hours required to complete this event.
