- Response to prospective offerors questionnaires are as follows: 1. Q: How to access Instruction UFC 4-152-07N? A: This can be found by accessing NAVFAC Documents website: http://www.wbdg.org/ccb/ 2. Q: Any Government Furnished Equipment/Material? A: None 3. Q: What is the proposal consist of? A: Prospective bidders are expected to submit a narrative proposal for installation designs, repair and corrosion prevention as stated in the SOW. Government will evaluate offers based on Best Value. 4. Q: What is the Contract Type? A: Firm Fixed-Price 5. Q: Is there any insurance requirement? A: Contractors working in Government Facility must have a Liability Insurance. 6. Q: For the Horizontal Marine Fenders Hardware attachments, Is the requirement only for repair and replacements of nonfunctional hardware? A: NO. It also requires reinstallation of fenders removed from water to complete the total quantity of 87 each as stated in the SOW.
