- Please update the following section of your prospectus package: Business Opportunity: Food and Beverage Services (page 26) - please note a change to the current seating at the snack bar at Scotty's Castle. The Business Opportunity noted that current seating at the snack bar at Scotty's Castle is for a total of 75 diners, the actual number of seats currently available is 67 with the potential to remove an additional 12 seats, in the near future, for a possible total of 55 seats at the snack bar at Scotty's Castle. Additionally, the National Park Service has included an updated menu with approved items and rates for the snack bar at Scotty's Castle. Any offer, including that of the existing Concessioner, must be received by the Concessions Program Manager, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, CA 94607 no later than ninety-one (91) days after the date of the original publication in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of a Concession Contract. The prospectus was issued July 18, 2006, for a 91-day response period under the terms described in the prospectus, with proposals due on October 17, 2006, no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $40 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service; and you must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package. Prospectus packages will be available by contacting Anne Dubinsky, Concession Chief, Pacific West Region Concessions, 1111 Jackson St., Suite 700, Oakland, CA 94607.
