- This is a Small Business Set-A-Side combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of this Request for Quotation (RFQ); and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase Request (PR) number W911SE-06-P-0224as a Request for RFQ using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North American Indu s try Classification System (NAICS) Code is 448190, Other Clothing Stores with a Small Business Limit of $6M. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 2393, Canvas and Related Products. The Southern Region Contracting Center- East purpose a Firm Fixed Price for 3,000 (each) Army Combat Uniform CODE ALPHA BRAND Military Kit Bag (9990ACU), or equal. All items shall meet the following minimum specifications. 1) Constructed of 600D poly material with a double coated PVC lining for stre ngth and durability; 2) Large main compartment with zippered opening and button down splash flap; 3)4 heavy duty web handles positioned for maximum access; 4) Mesh ID pocket; 5) Product size: 23 x19.5 x12 . Items will be delivered to the USARC US ARMY RE SERVE COMMAND, Fort McPherson, GA 30330-2000. All products shall be delivered within 30 days from contract award. Offerors shall provide as a response to the solicitation: (1) Price to include FOB Destination; (2) CAGE Code; (3) Completed FAR Clause 52. 213, Representations and CertificationsCommercial Items. Award will be by Purchase Order and payment will be by Government Credit Card. Offerors who are not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) are ineligible for award.
