- The contractor shallperform air emission sampling, analysis and reporting at Yokota Air Base in accordance with SOW, commercial standards/practices, appropriate skill level and Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Chapter 2: Air Emissions and applicable Japanese laws and pertinent regulations. Note: This service will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in Japan.
