- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested a written solicitation will not be issued. NAICS Code: 333922 FSC Code: 3910 SBA Applicability & Size Standard: 100% Small Business Set-Aside (500 employees) Description of item(s) to be acquired: 0001 - 4ea Dock, High Line Conveyorized, heavy duty, with 2 special side entry end sections, Model#547001. Dates and Place of Delivery: 4ea High Lines are requested for March ARB C-17 conversion support. High line docks will be utilized to support day to day aircrew combat training, for the storage of combat offload pallets, and as an overflow for pre-positioning for real world aircraft cargo loading. Evaluation of Proposals: Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The responsible offerors must be registered in the Certifications and Representations database (available at: http://orca.bpn.gov/) system per FAR 52.212-3. Offerors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (available at: www.ccr.gov) per FAR. Lack of registration in CCR will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of modifications (if any) or other information pertaining to this request for quotation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this synopsis, which shall be considered.
