- ****************************************************************** Amendment 0005 has been posted. The Amendment adds Addendum Number 3 to the Specifications and Drawings. It also deletes clauses 52.211-15 and 52.232-13 and corrects Section L, Part II, Para. D(4). Also posted are a few more questions and answers and also a requested copy of the Asbestos Assessment for Building 46. Scope of Work: Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with Repair for Fire Safety including associated architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and miscellaneous work as shown on the project drawings and described in the specifications. NOTES: 1. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. You may, however, download and print the file from the website. Copies of the specifications and drawings will be available for viewing at Dayton Builders Exchange, Minority Contractors Business Assistance Program, and F.W. Dodge Division. 2. There is no fee for this solicitation 3. A registration page will be attached to the web site. You are not required to register. However, when you register, you should receive notice of amendments and/or addenda that may be issued to the solicitation. It will be your responsibility to check the web site for any changes in the solicitation. 4. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors. Bids prepared by Debarred, Suspended or otherwise ineligible contractors are at the risk and expense of the contractor.
