- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for Tyndall AFB for the following commercial items: ?BRAND NAME OR EQUAL? Item 1: Anchor Chain: 11/2? shot of stud link anchor chain Qty: 5 each Item 2: Marine Anchor: 2000 lb Danforth Anchor Qty: 2 each. Item 3: Pear link: #4 pear link Qty: 2 each Item 4: Surface Ball Buoy: 58? foam filled steel ball buoy. The pipe thru buoy shall have padeye on each end of the schedule 80 pipe to fit a 25 ton shackle. Qty: 2 each Item 5: Shipping charges Qty: 1 each If providing an ?or equal? please submit details and specifications of your product. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 441222 applies to this procurement. The small business size standard is: $6.5 million. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 and Defense Change Notice 20041215.
