- This is combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is FA3047-06-TC-724. The vendor must be an authorized dealer. Vendors must quote on an all or none basis. Submit written quotes (oral offers will not be accepted). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and DFARS change notice 20050901. This is a 100% small business set aside.
