- Work consists of but not limited to providing all equipment, labor, tools, material, supervision, and all other necessary items to install/connect DVR to Base Camera System at Dyess AFB, TX. The proposed contract is 100% Small Business Set-aside. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 334310 with an average annual small business size standard of 750 employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on/about 22 Aug 06 on the government Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available. You must register on the eps.gov site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. NOTE: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov, in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS & Bradstreet. Registering may take up to three (3) weeks to process. The Government recommends registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
