Description

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan intends to procure a refurbished LSR II with power conditioners, FACS Clean, FACS Rinse, HP 4200 Workstation, two LCD monitors, printer, two training slots and one year warranty from BD Biosciences, 2350 Qume Drive, San Jose, CA 95131. NAICS number 423490 applies with a size standard of 100 employees. The VAAAHS believes this system is the only manufacturer of the LSR II and the LSR II is the only bench-top analyzer that can be upgraded to accommodate up to seven lasers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. However the Government will consider all proposals received by 2:30 p.m. August 29, 2006. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature detailing how they can meet the VA requirements.
