- Sole Source -This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure, on a sole source basis using simplified acquisition procedures with Valleylab (United States Surgical) 150 Glover Ave, Norwalk CT 06856 for the purchase of the ForceTriad Energy Platform, Catalog Number FORCETRIAD. Valleylab is the manufacturer and the only known source for this equipment. This sole source acquisition is being issued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(2) and is advertised to meet the requirements of FAR 5.2.This notice may represent the only official notice. Closing date for receipt of written responses is five (5) calendar days after publication of this notice.
