- The VISN 7 Acquisition Service Center intends to negotiate a sole source Service Disabled Veteran owned Small Business (SDVOSB) procurement with Tension International Automation Solutions for the modification of the Charleston CMOP Labeling System known as SPURS (PLUS) and the addition of two workstations. Tension International Automation Solutions is the manufacturer of this equipment. This procurement is located at the Consolidated Mail-Out Pharmacy, 3725 Rivers Avenue, N. Charleston, SC 29405. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 19.1406 ? Sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns on a sole source basis. The NAICS code is 333922 with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within (ten) 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
