- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Security Program Branch, has a requirement for armed guard services. This requirement will be awarded as a labor-hour, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract. The NAICS Code and Size Standard for this requirement are 561612 and $11.5 million, respectively. The period of performance for this requirement is one base year and four option periods. The anticipated start date is October 1, 2006. The procurement will be restricted to small businesses certified under the U.S. Small Business Administration 8 (a) program. Award will be made using best value source selection procedures incorporating trade offs between price related and non-price related factors.
