- This is an amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation number USSS095291 for product line item description, brand name preference, evaluation factors, and delivery terms. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotations number USSS095291 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. This action is a 100% small business set-aside. Offerors must quote all or none, brand name is preferred, however, items of equal standards will be considered. When submitting quotes for other than specified brand name as listed samples must be submitted for technical evaluation. Only items of equal having salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics of the brand name item will be accepted for consideration. Samples shall meet the following criterion: patchcords shall be at minimum 2 feet in length, bulk box cables shall be a minimum of 2 meters and a maximum of 5 meters. Indicate on quote whether samples must be returned along with a return address, otherwise, samples will not be returned.
