- THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE for a requirements contract which will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct individual onsite wastewater disposal systems, individual water service lines, water meter installations, system connections, and other required appurtenances, in Fresno, Mariposa, Madera, and Tuolumne Counties, California. It is estimated that four (4) systems will be installed in the Base Year and four (4) systems in the Option Year, and three (3) water service lines during the contract period (THESE ARE ESTIMATES ONLY). Contract will be for a One Year Base Period and a One Year Option period, and award will be made based on the total estimated amount for the two year period. This requirement is set-aside for small business. The estimated amount is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. It is anticipated that solicitation packages will be available around 06 September 2006. ALL request for a solicitation package MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.
