Description: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to make award on a sole source basis to AC Neilson, Inc. of 770 Broadway, New York NY, 10003-9595 for the purchase of OTC data for Health and Beauty Aids. AC Neilson is the only firm that has immediate access to reliable data with broad enough of a scope to fulfill the FDA's requirements under Executive order 12866 and applicable OMB guidelines. NO RFQ is available. Nonetheless, any firm that has the capacity to perform the tasks mentioned above may submit a statement of capability to Jennifer Fagan via email at jennifer.fagan@fda.hhs.gov no later than 5 p.m. on August 28, 2006.
