- This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The office of NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service located in Santa Cruz, CA has a requirement for a contractor to coordinate and host a conference on acoustic tagging and tracking nektonic organisms. The proposed contract will include identifying participants, planning agenda, leading discussions of potential applications of a designed hydrophone array and multi-species tagging program, preparing a NOAA Technical Memo and provide staff to assist workshop logistics. Contractors responding to solicitation must have experience hosting marine science conference with multiple federal agencies. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued with performance period that will commence from date of award and will end Dec 31, 2007.
