- DESC: The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric and Administration (NOAA), and the National Weather Service, Louisville, KY intends to procure janitorial services for a base period and 4 option years. Services to be performed at the National Weather Service office at 6201 Theiler Lane, Louisville, KY. The contract shall provide all tools and equipment, materials and supervision for the duties required to clean the Weather Forecast Office that includes but are not limited to the following services: 1)Sweep or dust mop all uncarpeted floors (including hallways and foyers) using chemically treated absorbent dusting tools, 2) Vacuum all carpeted floors, 3)Empty all wastebaskets and containers, 4)Wet mop restroom floors with disinfectant solution. Interested parties can request a copy of the Request for Quotation. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this action is 561720. Size standard not to exceed 500 Employees. This support service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items Procedures.
