- This project is a request for quotations to provide Dental Services for the Pine Ridge Job Corps Center, Chadron, Nebraska. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. Personnel performing the work must be registered/licensed through the State of Nebraska. All other requirements are included in the solicitation, which shall be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading. Labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses will be provided by the Contractor. The performance period is 255 calendar days, October 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, for the base period with 4 option year periods. The NAICS code is 621210. The small business size standard is $6.5 million. This project is 100% Set-aside for Small Business. The estimated price range for the base year is between $25,000 and $100,000.
