- NSN: 5940-00-557-1629, Terminal, Lug. ?QPL Applies,? QPL-AS7928-2; P/N: MS25036-149. This is a Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part. This NSN is a Navy Identified Critical Safety Item (CSI) which has a critical application and is not commercial. Inspection/Acceptance is Origin with FOB at Destination. Requested delivery is 30 days after receipt of order (DARO). Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 4116 HD (100 each). Surge requirement applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
