- NSN: 6685-01-487-8132, Indicator, Liquid Quantity. Flowmetrics Inc. CAGE 54679, P/N: 78011-213-D. Inspection Destination required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery is 37 days after receipt of order (DARO). This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 72 each. A Surge requirement does not exist. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
