- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. J64106180001 is a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation documented and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FAC 05-12. This solicitation is limited to GSA schedule holders. The NAICS code is 423430. Quotes must be ?all or nothing?. GSA and Open Market items must be clearly specified. The contract line items will include hardware and software with no labor. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicititation is judged to be most advantageous to the Government, lowest price ? technically acceptable. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with its offer.
