- The purpose of this modification is to provide clarification to questions regarding combined synopsis/solicitation W912HQ-06-T-0020. 1)Is there an incumbent? If so, who is the incumbent? No, this is a new requirement. 2) What are the security requir ements? Security requirements are as follows: Required: A National Agency Check (NAC) and INFOSEC certificate. 1. NAC - All contractors must have the minimum investigation, a NAC or Questionnaire of public Trust, before accessing a DoD (Department of Defense) computer or working off-site on USACE applications. 2. INFOSEC certificate - Annual INFOSEC training for all those contractors accessing a DoD (Department of Defense) computer or working off-site on USACE programs and data is required. This training is available on-line at the DISA website, http://iase.disa .mil/eta/index.html, DoD Information Assurance Awareness, version 2, or by completing Computer Security Training for Users on the Fort Gordon website, https://ia.gordon.army.mil/iss/default.htm . At the time of proposal, the contract company must submit a list of names for those persons that have received a NAC and a copy of the INFOSEC certificate for each one. 3) Is there a downloadable version of the solicitation available? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and it available only on FedBizOpps.gov 4) Are there any other documents you can provide regarding this solicitation? Both systems are standard Oracle 9i web based applications and there is no unique documentation needed. All other terms remain in effect. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-AUG-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
