- This is a commercial item solicitation expected to result in a firm fixed price contract for a base period and up to four option year periods. Contractor shall provide building maintenance services and call-back when needed emergency maintenance services for Cass Civilian Conservation Center, 21214 N. Hwy 23 Ozark, Franklin County, AR.
