You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-B, Willie Littlepage, Contract Specialist, or Garry Biller, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-955-8601. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: AX6F0101, NSN: 6105-01-105-6529, PN: 2311M-93-1, Quantity: 426 each minimum/1426 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. FOB Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 106 each 200 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 100 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Rosemount Aerospace, Inc., Cage Code 59885 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not availab le to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recogni ze and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAP SAR (Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annot ated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed thr ough their respective embassies.
