- This notification to the Facilities Operating Services Contract (FOSC) sources sought synopsis (FOS-1), which was originally posted on March 17, 2005, is provided to notify all potential offerors of the anticipated contract structure, timeline, and pending Draft Request for Proposals. It is anticipated the future FOSC contract will be procured under Full and Open competition, NAICS Code: 561210 - Base Facilities Operations Support Services, Size Standard: $32.5M. The anticipated Contract type is a Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee/Award-Term (CPIF/AT) Contract. Period of Performance is projected to be 10 years (3-year base period, with a potential for 7 one-year award-terms). The Small Business Subcontracting Goals are projected as follows: * Small Business concerns 38% * Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) 10% * Women-owned Small Business (WOSB) 5% * Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) 1% * Veteran-owned Small Business (VOSB) 1% * Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB)1% The anticipated procurement schedule is as follows: * Release Draft Request for Proposal: August 31, 2006 * Site tour/Networking: September 12-13, 2006 * Industry Response/Comments to DRFP Due: October 2, 2006 * Release Final Request for Proposal: October 23, 2006 * Blackout Notice: October 23, 2006 * Receive Proposals: December 7, 2006 * Phase-in Start: July 16, 2007 * Contract Award: July 16, 2007 * Contract Start: August 28, 2007 No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, the solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
