Services shall include the total repair of any instrument, which malfunctions. Repairs shall be completed in a manner consistent with acceptable industry standards and Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM) recommendations to return instrument to full operational status. All repairs are to be conduced by a qualified / certification repair / calibration facility. Government shall reserve the right to seek proof of qualifications prior to award and at any time after award. Government personnel shall not hold contractor libel for damage that results from the miss-use. In addition to total maintenance contractor will be required to perform 1 annual calibration and preventative maintenance inspection on all equipment. Calibration shall be performed at a mutually agreed upon time between the end user and contractor. Contractor to notify the Government as soon as possible if any repairs / calibration will exceed a 14 day turn around time. Government shall provide for out-bound shipping. Contractor shall be responsible for all return shipping cost. Vendors price shall be inclusive of all cost including, parts, labor and return shipping.
