- Solicitation Number NAR060092 applies and will be issued as a Request for Proposals for the following services: The BLM Rawlins Field Office in Rawlins, WY has a requirement for janitorial services for the location of 1300 N. 3rd St., Rawlins, WY consisting of the main office building with approximately 27,920 square feet, including approximately 1,675 square feet of tile/vinyl flooring and 26,225 square feet of carpet; fire dispatch building with approximately 4,000 square feet, including cleanable space of 1,300 square feet of carpet and 1,500 square feet of tile/vinyl flooring; and sign shop with approximately 8,335 square feet, including 500 square feet of carpet, 40 square feet of vinyl flooring, 1,500 square feet of rubber flooring, and 6,295 square feet of concrete. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment and tools, except for specified Government furnished property, required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily perform the janitorial services specified within the statement of work. The BLM anticipates a firm-fixed price award for one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year options beginning October 1, 2006. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 561720. Size standard is $15 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 18, 2006. Proposals are due September 1, 2006 by 12:00 PM Mountain Time. Award will be made based on past performance and price which are in descending order of importance. Submit proposals to the address indicated above. Proposals shall include the following items: 1) Pricing Schedule including unit price, 2) Past Performance Questionnaires from at least three (3) current (last three years) customers for like services, 3) Completed 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Jun 2005) (accessible at http://www.arnet.gov/far/) or statement of registration in ORCA (accessible at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx) , 4) Include TIN and DUNS Number, and 6) Offer must be signed.
