- 17 August 2006 PROJECT INFORMATION Solicitation Number W9128F 06 T 0125 On or about 16 August 2006, this office will issue a Request for Quote for a semi-truck for the Big Bend Project Office, Fort Thompson, SD. Quotes will be due NLT 2 PM on 08 Sept 2006. This solicitation is set aside for small business participation only under the NAICS Code 423830 with a size standard of 100 employees. The work will include the following: One 6X4 semi-truck long conventional cab truck of U.S. manufacture with a minimum 80,000 GCWR and other features as specified. Contract supplier is responsible for delivering unit to Big Bend Dame, Fort Thompson, SD. This unit should conform to the following styles and sizes and be comparable to standard manufacture models: Freightliner M2 or International 7600. Quoters (Offerors): Please be advised of on-line registration requirement in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual On-line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://or ca.bpn.gov. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submissi on or update to ORCA.
