Description: The United States Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CE-CLMC) intends to award a five year (5) Time and Materials (T&M) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for the repair of thirty-six (36) Line Replaceable Un its (LRUs) for the AN/TSQ-198 Tactical Terminal Control System (TTCS), NSN 5895-01-388-1454. The AN/TSQ-198 TTCS is a mobile Air Traffic Control (ATC) Communications system which provides air traffic services at remote landing, drop and pickup zones. The N AICS code is 811213 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.5 million. The Government does not possess the technical data (drawings/specifications) that completely defines the Forms, Fit and Functions (F3) of the item(s) being serviced. Raytheon is the original and only manufacturer of the AN/TSQ-198 TTCS. The technical data/drawings are proprietary to Raytheon. It is the Governments intent to award this procurement to Raytheon Company, 1010 Production Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46808, in accordance with 10 U .S.C. 2304-1 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. All interested parties may submit a proposal to the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/ for W15P7T-06-R-F419, which will be considered by this agency. See Note 22.
