- Reference Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Sources Sought Notice 2006.242 due 30 days from the date of this ad. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The point of contact for Qualification Request Pac kages is the Source Development Officer for the Competition Management Office (AMSTA-AQ-C) at: marketsurveys@tacom.army.mil . Under PL 98-369 (CICA), this Sources Sought Notice is seeking to identify additional suppliers for: Noun: Dressed Engine Assembly with Container NSN: 2815-01-523-6667 MP/N: 57K4571 Vehicle Application: M915A2 and M916A1 currently being procured noncompetitively. Please note that in some cases technical data may not be available. Be advised that, under the bailment program, contractors may buy or borrow sample parts for the purpose of reverse design engineering.
