Description: Subject synopsis/solicitation is amended to include the following: Offerors are asked to provide with their proposals a delivery schedule for all hardware necessary to satisfy the RSATS range requirement, as described in said proposals. All hardware shall be ready for shipment to Okinawa within a period NTE (Not to Exceed) 90 days from notification of award. A shorter delivery time is encouraged and is acceptable at no additional cost to the Government. All other provisions in the original synopsis/so licitation remain unchanged.
