- Small Business Sources Sought. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking Small Businesses responses in order to determine available, qualified small business participation in the acquisition. The contractor shall provide comprehensive event management solutions which will include proactive event planning, audio visual capabilities, meeting solutions, and customized logistics services to the HQ Installation Management Agency (IMA). Services will be performed at HQ IMA, located in Crystal City (Arlington) VA, IMA Regional Headquarters located at Hampton VA, Atlanta GA, Rock Island IL, San Antonio TX, Honolulu HI, Yongsan Korea, and Heidelberg, Germany. Travel will be required between HQ IMA and IMA Regional Headqua rters, as well as within the Regions supported by the Regional HQ. For the purpose of small businesses, the NAICS Code is 561499, Other Business Support Services (size standard of $6.5 million). Your response shall include the following information: size of company (i.e. 8(a), HubZone, WOSB, SB, Veteran, SDB, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, all others.); number of employees, revenue for the past three (3) years; relevant past performance on same/similar work for the past three (3) years, a nd your companys capability to do this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the functional area expertise and experience to successfully compe te for the acquisition. The information should be sent in electronic format and emailed to Ms. Sarah Scott, Small Business Specialist, sarah.scott@us.army.mil , by COB 07 Sept 2006. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and al l interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
