- Overview: The Armys Case Review Committee (CRC) reviews incidents of maltreatment within in the Army to ultimately decide whether to substantiate the incident or deem it of unsubstantiated status and then discuss a treatment approach for the allege d offender and victim. The contractor shall provide a series of automated decisions that allow the CRC members to vote on one factor at a time before determination occurs. The contractor shall provide an automated way to capture the votes of the CRC team members and provide a final decision at the end of each incident review. The Commander then reviews the final determinations of each incident to ultimately concur or non-concur with the decision. At the closure of an incident, it will necessary to docum ent whether treatment has been successfully completed by the offender.
