Description

This is an unfunded combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. (End of Clause) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2VAGS6194A400 and is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business and falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classification 3322120 (size standard, 500 employees). Foam Tool Organizers with Pelican 1700 Case, holds 84 items; Qty. 5 Each 0002 ? Foam Tool Organizers with Pelican 1700 Case, holds 55 items; Qty. 5 Each 0003 ? Foam Tool Organizers with Pelican 1700 Case, holds 67 items; Qty. 5 Each 0004 ? Foam Tool Organizers, 2 Layers with Pelican 1700 Case, holds 88 items; Qty. 5 Each 0005 ? Foam Tool Organizers, 2 Layers with Pelican 1700 Case, holds 81 items; Qty. 5 Each 0006 ? Foam Tool Organizers, 3 Layers with Pelican 1620 Case, holds 49 items; Qty. 3 Each 0007 ? Pelican 1620 Case 22 1/16 X 17 X 12 9/16 (empty, no foam); Qty. 17 Each Items shall be delivered to 7635 Hanger Loop Dr., Bldg. 189, MacDill AFB Fl, 33621. The items shall be delivered within 60 days after award. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following addenda is provided to this provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS. Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offers must have an expiration date no earlier than 60 days from date offer is made. Offerors that fail to furnish the required information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. EVALUATION/AWARD: Will be made to the lowest offer that is technically acceptable. All offerors MUST BE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR).
