- Solicitation: VA-528-06-RQ-0069 Title: Unit Dose Packaging Machine NAICS Code: 811219 (Medical/surgical equipment repair and maintenance) Small Business Level: $6.5 million Sources Sought for the Following: The VA Healthcare System, VISN 2, at our Bath, NY facility has a need for preventative maintenance and inspection of a unit does packaging machine. This service will include the provision of all tools, labor, and materials necessary to complete the above mentioned maintenance. This service will include 30 canister recalibrations per year, 24/7 phone support and on-site 8AM to 5PM work days. Inspections will be necessary January 2007 and July 2007. Sources must be a small business as per the above Small Business Level guideline, and must provide PM stickers and vendor competency certificate.
