- NSN: 6685-01-360-9653, Thermostat, Flow Control. Onan Corporation, CAGE 44940, P/N 186-6193. Origin Inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery is 119 days after receipt of order (DARO). This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Surge requirement exists. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 2728 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
