DESTINATION: FOB W62G2T San Joaquin, CA. DELIVERY: 275. ACQUISITION NOTES: Anticipated award date is 11/09/06. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The evaluation of offers will utilize Best Value procedures. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as listed in section M of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by DSCP. Note that this is a critical item. Source inspection will be required. The acquisition is not subject to the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. Numbered Notes 9,23 and 26 apply.
