- This requirement is amended to include RFQ number FA4427-06-Q-0006. Please refer to this RFQ number when submitting quotes. In addition to technical evaluation, award will also be evaluated based on Price and Delivery. A one time site visit is scheduled for Friday, 18 Aug 2006 at 1:30 PM Pacific Time. All interested parties will meet at the Travis AFB Visitor Center located before the Travis Main Gate at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. A valid driver?s license and valid vehicle registration is required to gain access to the Base. Please contact Nel A. Cadacio at 707-424-7729 if interested for site visit. All other information remains the same. Thank you Travis AFB intents to award sole source contract to Snader and Associates Inc, 250 South Harding Blvd., Suite 1 Roseville CA 95678-3332 on GSA Contract Number GS-03F-4105B on or about 28 Jul 2006 for the following item: CLIN 0001-Snader RESMLTIMGSYS Multi-Image Processing System to include installation and integration. Qty 1 Each, CLIN 0002 ? Snader SSC-SVC FailSafe48 Maintenance Agreement (A one-year agreement for maintenance and service support for the Multi-Image Processing System). Provides preferred and priority status. On-site technical assistance provided within 48 business hours and technical assistance by toll free phone. All labor provided at no additional cost to the government. Qty 1 Each. The system programming used by Snader and Associates on the installed system was developed by them and is proprietary. This is sole source due to compatibility. This requirement is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractor must be actively registered at CCR at http://www.ccr.gov and must complete FAR 52.212-3 (Representation and Certification) at http://www.orca.bpn.gov.
