- The South Veterans Health Care System, Audie L. Murphy Division, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229-4404, IAW 6.302-1, intends to negotiate sole source with RADinfo Systems for the procurement of the RADinfo CDPP/PII Image import & Export Combo CD/POWERPACS 80 with web interface. The System is able to interface with the PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) at this facility. Its advanced Query/Retrieve functionality can filter search results by combinations of query fields, it has been enhanced to Query/Retrieve from multiple remote nodes and automatically create CD/DVD?s for single or multiple patients. It supports up to four user-configurable local DICOM names (Local Storage, Recording, recording ?No Report? and Recording anonymous). Remote DICOM nodes can send data to automatically create a CD/DVD. It can support digital templates form various manufacturers and is able to import patient CD?s from various sources and in various formats into PACS. It can automatically or manually send the modified patient order and DICOM images to PACS after importing. All DICOM objects imported from the storage media will be recorded in the database. It also supports hands free bulk processing from CD/DVD?s. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation/request for offerors. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Interested parties have seven (7) days from the date of this posting to submit their qualifications and capabilities in writing. Such qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
