- The Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 intends to negotiate a sole source acquisition contract with Terumo Cardiovascular Corp., 8200 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, pursuant fo FAR 6.302-1. Only one (1) source will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor will provide the following equipment and components: Terumo Advanced Perfusion System; central control monitor; air detector module; level detector module;roller pump race; central control mod aps; centrifugal drive motor; and other components as part of the perfusion system. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and no solicitation or RFQ will be issued. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Interested parties my identify their interest and submit information in response in this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement is entirely in the discretion of the Government.
