Description: INR TELCOM, HARDWARE/SOFTWARE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT. This RFQ is directed to firms possessing a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract for the required services. The awarded labor hour delivery order shall provide the Department of State's Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR) with configuration, installation, optimization, preventive maintenance, and remedial repair for all telecommunications equipment and IT hardware and software. The total ceiling price(s) of this delivery order is $2 million including the base year and four (4) option years.
