- THIS SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE HAS BEEN REVISED TO AUGUST 17, 2006. PR 12279344, NSN 1680-01-167-0601, Opener Assembly, Parachute. Manufacture in accordance with Universal Propulsion Co Inc, Cage 51998, P/N 12250-1. Navy CSI applies. Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity contract for a quantity of 38 each. 211 DARO, Destination. Other than full and open, only one source, intended source Cage 51998. Note 22 applies. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
