Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Technology Solutions Inc, 11677 Lilburn Park Rd, St. Louis, MO 63146. This acquisition is for the renewal of hardware maintenance services of 2,657 Teklogix Handheld Terminal Devices and 422 chargers for the Defense Commissary Agency - Worldwide. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 18 Aug 06 through 17 Aug 07(base year) + 3 option years. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed hardware maintenance service renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 17 Aug 06 via the following address: james.franey@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement.*****
