- Madigan Army Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Inc., to provide various reagents and test kits that will be used at Weed Army Community Hospital (WACH). The proposed contract action is for supp lies, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice will be considered by the Governme nt. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to con duct a competitve procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. See note 22.
