The Moncrief Army Community Hospital, Fort Jackson, SC 29207-5720, has a requirement for TWO ECKEL C-25 MOD REV. 1 0X12X85 OD DOUBLE WALLED AUDIO BOOTH; 8 PERSON WITH PATIENT STOOLS; COMPLETE WITH WINDOWS INDOORS AT 24 X30 CAM LOCK; STANDARD US ARMY, NAVY SYSTEM/ANSI AND HEARING CONSERVATION STANDARDS/COMPATIBLE WITH DOEHRS; INCLUDE 2 INSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE M ANUALS PER BOOTH AND INCLUDE SHIPPING AND INSTALLATION COSTS. The Government anticipates awarding a single award for this requirement. The services shall be performed at Moncrief Army Community Hospital, ATTN: Ms. Chandra Walker, Bldg 2500 Marion St., For t Jackson, SC, 29207-5720.
