Description
PM Soldier Equipment (PM SEQ) is looking for vendors that can provide New Equipment Training Riggers. The instructors will be members of the New Equipment Training Team (NETT) for the MC6 and T-11 and work directly for the assigned Government NETT Chief, military or civilian. The principal duty of the Instructors is to certify parachute rigger qualified military personnel to conduct personnel parachute rigger operations for the MC6 and T-11 in accordance with (IAW) current U.S. Army Quartermaster C enter and School, Fort Lee, VA Programs Of Instruction and Product Manager-Clothing and Individual Equipment guidelines. Following are prerequisites for civilian contractors to be eligible to apply for parachute rigger new equipment training positions: " Be physically able to perform duties as an Army parachute Rigger; " Be formally trained and properly certified by the USA Quartermaster Center and School, Fort Lee, VA and able to present documented proof; " Must have held a 92D, 921A, or 92R series AOC/MOS; " Minimum two (2) years parachute rigging experience; " Must not have been relieved of their duties or have had their parachute duty status terminated for alcohol or any substance abuse or duty performance reasons; " Must be a graduate of a Department of the Army Training and Doctrine Command sponsored Instructor Qualification Course within the previous five (5) years; " Possess a current secret clearance or able to obtain one within 30 days of hire; " Having successfully completed a jumpmaster certification is encouraged but not required " Able to travel worldwide to conduct training; Applicants will be asked to provide proof of qualification/experience prior to being considered for positions.
