- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2H3A26194A300. This procurement is being issued as a Firm Fixed Price, 100% small business set-aside in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334519 and the size standard of 500 employees applies to this procurement. The requirement/item description is as follows: 1 set AERIAL BOMB FUZE SET: A series of 13 Soviet Aerial Bomb Fuzes, supplied packed inside a durable storage case. The fuzes are all 1:1 representations, and include function to allow the armer and unarmed conditions to be displayed on a single fuze, products are manufactured from metal and plastic materials. The set is suppiled with an illustrated sheet with product discription. The kit is disigned for recognition and awareness training purposes, Manufacturer Miltra Engineering or equal; 1 ea Packing and Shipping. Please include the proposed delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on total best value to the Government. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. 52.219-6, Notice of Small Business Set Aside is applicable. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
