- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 263-2005-P(CK)-0031 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-03. This requirement is full and open with no set-asides. The NAICS code is 721110. Any responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation received after the stated due date and time shall not be considered by the National Institutes of Health.
